Oh my gosh!! I just told you that I will be updating my blog but then my network just went down for like two whole days!!!
I just went to my network provider and made the customer representative’s life a living hell for about thirty minutes. It was really irritating when they ask you to troubleshoot when you just told them that you are not at home and that you already tried all kinds of troubleshooting before you called them. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
What the hell is wrong with this customer assistants!?! ヽ(≧Д≦)ノ
The most irritating and annoying part is when they ask you for the serial number of your handset (remember I am NOT at home, how the hell would I know the serial number of my handset?!). And I was like, “How the hell would I contact you if I can’t connect to your hotline? Should I go home look for my phone unit’s serial number and go back at the center just to tell you?”
Come on! You might not want to further irritate me with all this troubleshooting standards that wouldn’t be helpful if you just dispatch some technician to try and fix my line!!
After three times of being put on hold, I finally got a job order reference number for the scheduled fixing of the technician to my line. FINALLY! That is also after getting worked up with the serial number and asking nicely the representative how the HELL should I get back to her about my serial number. “ψ(｀∇´)ψ
If I have finally posted this, then my net is back online. Whopeeeee! Dang it! (✖╭╮✖)
